A global semiconductor post-processing company headquartered in Singapore had an increasing number of make-to-order customers, making it critical to process various order form files accurately; reflect them in the MES system, and transfer track records. For this purpose, they applied Miracom's Highway101 Connector (File, FTP) to perform functions of reading, writing, sending, and receiving files and build an environment where different items can be quickly defined for each customer through the admin tool. As a result, they were able to expedite the processing of EDI* (Electronic Document Interchange Standardized Method) files, which had been a persistent problem, to the frustration of the ordering company.
A leading Korean telecommunications company was divided into two departments: the customer request department and the telecommunications network temporary/preconstruction department; and had difficulty building an integrated environment due to complex business procedures and non-unified solutions. To solve this problem, Miracom used Highway101 Connector (SOAP*), a SOA (service-oriented architecture)-based technology to service each task as a bundle, and optimally organized the complex steps within the service to successfully build the IT infrastructure integration environment envisioned by the customer.
A public utility responsible for domestic electricity generation and supply, needed to implement SAP and ERP in line with international accounting standards. However, they needed a specialized solution to handle the interfaces, as they had to extract hundreds of data required by SAP from various non-standardized protocols. To this end, Miracom's Highway101 was applied to derive 12 standardized interface types for SAP adapters, resulting in a unified interface environment for easy SAP integration with minimal resistance from legacy users.
Global comprehensive content enterprise builds unified ERP interface. The largest comprehensive content company in Korea needed technology to integrate their infrastructure which was operated separately by the IT department with the headquarters ERP in a short period as they expanded their businesses such as broadcasting, movies, and music. To this end, Miracom's Highway101 MOM* and connector (SOAP) were used to enable disparate applications to be reconfigured into unified ERP data while maintaining the original business logic. As a result, company-wide consolidated management metrics were delivered to allow for slip aggregation without duplication and omission.
A leading South Korean petrochemical company was faced with difficulty meeting various security requirements when connecting to cloud services as it promoted digital transformation across the company.In order to counter the problem, they used Miracom's Highway101 Connector (HTTP) to interconnect various legacy applications based on standard protocols (REST). The usage allowed them to meet the security requirements between the existing internal and the cloud networks and realize interface standardization.
