  • A company specializing in semiconductor packaging and testing built a smart factory linked to MES in major processes/equipment at its domestic factory.     A manufacturer of ultra-precision silicon spare parts for semiconductor manufacturing facilities introduced MES to all processes from raw material production (Si ingot, SiC) to ring/disc final products to reduce the limitations of the existing on-site management system(process-oriented data and silo communication).
