1. Comply with laws and ethics.

We respect basic human rights of everyone. Forced labor, wage exploitation and child labor are not permitted in any circumstances. We do not discriminate against any stakeholders including customers, employees, etc. based on nationality, race, sex, and religion.
To comply with local and national laws and regulations, we respect the market competition order and compete in a fair way. We do not take unfair advantages in fraudulent ways beyond one’s superiors. In business activities, we do not exchange gifts, bribes, or entertainment.
We accurately record and manage all transactions of the company so that all stakeholders can objectively understand the business activities. We comply with accounting regulations in each country as well as internationally accepted accounting standards. We will disclose important management and corporate information such as the financial changes of the company in accordance with the law.
We respect individuals' political rights and political will, but we do not conduct political activities within the company. We do not use the company's funds, personnel, or facilities for political purposes. We do not provide any illegal donations or other money.

2. Maintain a clean organizational culture.

If there is a conflict between the interests of the company and the individual, the legal interests of the company shall be prioritized. We do not use the property of the company and our position to promote private interests, and do not engage in all kinds of misconduct such as embezzlement or usefulness of company assets. We do not trade securities, such as stocks, using information acquired in the course of business.
The company’s intellectual property and confidential information are not released externally without prior permission or approval. We respect the intellectual property of others, and do not condone the unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification such information.
We do not conduct any acts of abuse that harm the relationship with colleagues such as sexual harassment, monetary transactions, violence, etc. We do not form factions or create private organizations that can cause a sense of discomfort within the organization. We establish labor-management relations of coexistence based on mutual trust and smooth communication.

3. Respect customers, shareholders and employees.

We provide timely products and services that meet our customer needs and expectations. We treat our customers with a sincere and friendly attitude, and humbly accept our customer suggestions and complaints. We respect and protect the honor and information of our customers.

4. Value environment, safety and health.

We follow the international standards related to environmental protection, related laws and regulations, and internal regulations.
