  • Our client, a global automotive parts manufacturer, was faced with an issue of increasing costs when building new factories due to different manufacturing systems at each factory. To reduce the investment cost of the new factory expansion project overseas, they asked Miracom for smart factory consulting. After defining a standard framework, Miracom consultants conducted system design and process consulting and successfully implemented MES in the client's Mexican factory through systematic standardization consulting.
