The customer, a 3D oral scanner maker, managed its manufacturing sites based on ERP, which made it difficult to gain visibility into the entire manufacturing status and track quality data in real time due to scattered quality information. To systematically manage the scattered data, Miracom linked material/process information, production/defect results, and shipment information from ERP to the MES system to eliminate human errors and optimize production activities. Doing so laid the foundation for the firm's rapid growth in the global dental market.
A global power semiconductor manufacturing company needed to build a next-generation ERP system for company-wide business integration due to expected sales growth as the firm expanded.
